Christmas Toys with Salvation Army
If you are looking for Christmas support with food, clothing and toys, the Salvation Army is now taking requests for holiday assistance. Click below to find your local Salvation Army and contact them soon to get your request submitted.
The Link will be closed Thursday and Friday (11/24 and 11/25) for Thanksgiving. We will be on-call 24/7 to law enforcement only. Have a safe holiday!
Prevention and Early Intervention Programs-Provide individualized strengths based assessment to determine primary issues and recommend most appropriate service. The goal is to prevent entry or further penetration into the criminal justice or human services systems.
Information Sharing-The Link has information sharing agreements with community partners to provide information on youth of mutual concern to provide youth access to services, identify gaps in services and reduce duplication of services.
Collaboration and Coordination of Services-The Link partners in numerous
county-wide collaborations intended to promote better access to services, identify gaps in service and assist in planning to meet those needs. This allows for a continuum of care for youth and their families
